Saw this in a private parking lot in Alexandria.
Wonder how they plan to enforce it.
Also what qualifies for parking in this spot?
1. Only Egyptian brand cars?
2. Only cars assembled in Egypt?
3. Only cars owned by Egyptians?
4. Only cars driven by Egyptians? (majority of expats with cars, hire Egyptian drivers)

Candice, I don't think this sign is about discrimination at all. It is most likely a case of a translation error, which is very very likely in this country.
The person may have wanted to put up something completely different and it got lost in translation
I wish if you can answer the question where in Alexandria is that ?

I wish if you can answer me , because I am interested to know how did you get this info , because I am Egyption and from Alexandria and I will go and check that with my self , so please tell me where ? I will be waiting for that
Mohammed, if you read carefully, I do not know what the sign means. The 4 options I listed are just that. Options? There might be many more.
Also as I said above, it was in a private parking garage that we passed by, while in traffic. It was near the park which has the bushes cut in the shape of happy face, frowning face, angry face etc.
I'm not very familiar with Alex, as I live in Cairo, so I don't have an exact address sorry
